VC-I has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee
all of our Axolotls. We guarantee that your Axolotls will arrive live, healthy and properly sexed even if (USPS) United
States Postal Service Express Mail (Next Day or Two Day Air) has a late delivery. Notification of DOA’s (Dead on
Arrival) must be made upon receipt. Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours after receipt
of shipment via phone or email, and proof of DOA’s (Dead on Arrival)require you to email a photo and or return
the DOA (Dead on Arrival) inside the unopened shipping
bag back to VC-I. Failure to notify VC-I of dissatisfaction within 24 hours of receipt of the Axolotl
waives the customer right to any type of refund, credit, or replacement Axolotl. All guarantees are null and void if
the customer fails to report within the 24 hour time frame or customer was not present for the first delivery attempt.
Please note that the shipping cost is not included in guarantee.
Payment
VC-I
accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal and Google Checkout.
We also accept company checks, USPS Post Office money orders and cashiers check; however shipment will be the first
Monday after cleared payment is received. Sorry, we do not accept COD payments. All sales must be paid for in advance
prior to shipping.
Permits
& Regulations
VC-I strictly follows all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the
transportation, shipping and possession of Axolotls. Due to constantly changing regulations, it is the customer’s
responsibility to be familiar with their local ordinances relating to the possession or restriction of an Axolotl in
their location. We will not knowingly ship an Axolotl in violation of any local, state or federal regulation.
Please educate yourself before contacting us to purchase an Axolotl. We will not ship to an area that prohibits
the Axolotl species. If you are required by your local or state government to obtain a veterinary health certificate,
entry permit, or possession permit, proof of such will be required, prior to shipping. Additional costs related
to veterinary health certificates are paid for by the customer and based on actual cost. By purchasing from VC-I/Philip Vena the
buyer has entered into a contract in which the buyer assumes all liability both criminal and civil for Axolotls purchased
or transported in violation with any local, state, or federal laws. If it is found, that a buyer has mislead, misrepresented,
or illegally obtained an Axolotl in violation of any of these laws, they will be held civilly liable for all costs including,
but not limited to: those associated with the recovery of said Axolotl, shipping fees, lawyers fees, local fines, state
fines, and federal fines and you hereby WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST VC-I/PHILIP VENA. VC-I attempts to stay current on all local, state and federal laws pertaining
to the interstate transport of Axolotls, if the buyers local jurisdiction has recently changed an ordinance or the
buyer needs clarification on restrictions in their jurisdiction, please call your local regulatory agency or relay that information
to VC-I and we can assist in the research of, and compliance with, these laws
Please do not release any Axolotl
into the wild. It is illegal and may cause ecological problems. Even if a species is native to your area by releasing a captive
animal you may introduce new diseases or genetics into the wild population. By ordering from VC-I/Philip Vena you
are agreeing not to release any Axolotl you purchase back into the wild.
VC-I does not knowingly make any sales
to minors; proof of age may be required. If you are a minor interested in purchasing one of our Axolotls, please have
your parents or legal guardians contact us to make final purchase arrangements, we enjoy sharing our Axolotls with customers
of all ages with parental approval only.
User Agreement
1. VC-I/Philip Vena (the "Service")
and its affiliate sites (the "Sites") are accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. Access to and use
of the Service and the Sites are subject to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and Copyright Notice and all applicable
laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE AND THE SITES,
YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT.
VC-I/Philip Vena and
its affiliates reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will appear on this screen.
By using the Service and the Sites, you agree in advance to accept any changes.
2. The Service and the Sites include
bulletin boards, chat rooms and other user and member created pages which allow you and other users and members to post information,
provide feedback to VC-I/Philip Vena and its affiliates, and interact in real-time. You agree not to post
or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially,
ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct
that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless VC-I/Philip Vena, its
subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents and representatives against, any claim arising from any material that you post
or transmit. Although VC-I/Philip Vena and its affiliates may from time to time monitor or review discussions,
chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards and other user and member generated pages on the Site, neither VC-I/Philip
Vena nor its affiliates is under any obligation to do so. You acknowledge that VC-I/Philip Vena and
its affiliates do not control the information available on the bulletin boards, chat rooms and other user and member generated
pages and that any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated
on any bulletin board, chat room or on any other user or member generated pages are those of their respective authors who
are solely liable for their content. VC-I/Philip Vena and its affiliates reserve the right, in their sole discretion,
to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on the chat rooms, bulletin boards or on any other user
or member generated pages.
3. Any communication or material
you post or transmit to the Service and/or the Sites is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You
assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant VC-I/Philip Vena and its affiliates the right
to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.

You
should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address) on a bulletin board,
chat room or on any other user or member generated pages, that information can be collected and used by others and may result
in unsolicited messages from other parties.
5. VC-I/Philip Vena and its affiliates do not review or monitor any
web sites linked to the Service and the Sites and are not responsible for the content of any such linked web sites. Your linking
to such web sites is at your own risk.
6. The Service and the Sites contain
information, facts and opinions from various individuals and organizations. THE SERVICE AND THE SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS
IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPOSED
BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. NEITHER VC-I/PHILIP
VENA NOR ITS AFFILIATES ENDORSE OR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE OR STATEMENT ON
THE SERVICE OR THE SITES.
7. Neither the VC-I/Philip Vena
nor any agency thereof, nor any of their employees, contractors, subcontractors, make any warranty, express or implied, nor
assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus,
product, or process disclosed, nor represent that its use would not infringe on privately owned rights. YOU HEREBY WAIVE
ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST VC-I/PHILIP VENA AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND LICENSORS
ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON. Any disputes arising out of or
related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the
State of Illinois.
