guarantee that your Axolotls will arrive live, healthy and properly sexed even if (USPS) United States Postal Service Express
Mail (Next Day or Two Day Air) has a late delivery. Notification of DOA’s (Dead on Arrival) must be made upon
receipt. Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours after receipt of shipment via phone or email,
and the customer must retrun any and all DOA’s (Dead
on Arrival) back to Buy-Axolotls.com Philip Vena before any refund,
credit, or replacement Axolotl is issued. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges
that are incurred on returned items.
Failure to notify Buy-Axolotls.com/PhilipVena of dissatisfaction within 24
hours of receipt of the Water Dragon (Axolotl) waives the customer right to any type of refund, credit, or replacement Water
Dragon (Axolotl). All guarantees are null and void if the customer fails to report within the 24 hour time frame or customer
was not present for the first delivery attempt. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in guarantee.
You can download, post on the Internet, and Publish any of Buy-Axolotls.com content and images. No permission
is needed as long as it states that Buy-Axolotls.com is the source of the content and images.

Post Office money orders and cashiers check; however shipment will be the first Monday after cleared payment is received.

responsibility to be familiar with their local ordinances relating to the possession or restriction of an Water Dragon
(Axolotl) in their location. We will not knowingly ship an Water Dragon (Axolotl) in violation of any local, state or
federal regulation. Please educate yourself before contacting us to purchase an Water Dragon (Axolotl). We will
not ship to an area that prohibits the Water Dragon (Axolotl) species. If you are required by your local or state
government to obtain a veterinary health certificate, entry permit, or possession permit, proof of such will be
required, prior to shipping. Additional costs related to veterinary health certificates are paid for by the customer
and based on actual cost. By purchasing from Buy-Axolotls.com/Philip Vena the buyer has entered into
a contract in which the buyer assumes all liability both criminal and civil for Water Dragon (Axolotl) purchased or transported
in violation with any local, state, or federal laws. If it is found, that a buyer has mislead, misrepresented, or illegally
obtained an Water Dragon (Axolotl) in violation of any of these laws, they will be held civilly liable for all costs including,
but not limited to: those associated with the recovery of said Water Dragon (Axolotl), shipping fees, lawyers fees, local

to stay current on all local, state and federal laws pertaining to the interstate transport of Axolotls, if the buyers local
jurisdiction has recently changed an ordinance or the buyer needs clarification on restrictions in their jurisdiction, please
call your local regulatory agency or relay that information to Buy-Axolotls.com/Philip Vena and we can assist in
the research of, and compliance with, these laws
Please do not release any Water Dragon (Axolotl) into the
wild. It is illegal and may cause ecological problems. Even if a species is native to your area by releasing a captive animal
you may introduce new diseases or genetics into the wild population. By ordering from Buy-Axolotls.com/Philip Vena you
are agreeing not to release any Axolotl you purchase back into the wild.

not knowingly make any sales to minors; proof of age may be required. If you are a minor interested in purchasing one
